Fx2 Recruitment is recruiting a Giftware Department Manager on behalf of an established retailer in Ennis.
This is an opportunity for an experienced retail manager with a strong giftware background to lead a department team of 10. You will oversee daily operations, drive sales and ensure customers receive excellent service.

Key responsibilities
- Lead, motivate and develop a team of 10.
- Manage the day-to-day running of the giftware department.
- Drive sales and monitor performance against targets.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve customer queries.
- Ensure attractive product displays and strong visual merchandising standards.
- Oversee stock availability, deliveries and replenishment.
- Coordinate rotas and delegate duties effectively.

What we’re looking for
- Previous giftware retail experience is essential.
- Retail management or supervisory experience, with the ability to lead a team.
- A track record of delivering sales targets and excellent customer service.
- Strong organisational, communication and people management skills.
- A hands-on approach and an eye for product presentation.
