We are currently recruiting for an experienced and enthusiastic Store Manager to join a successful and growing retail business.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on retail manager who enjoys leading from the shop floor, developing a team and delivering excellent standards across customer service, sales and store operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, train and develop the store team.

• Manage employee performance and support ongoing development.

• Lead by example, maintaining a strong presence on the shop floor.

• Deliver an exceptional, customer-focused shopping experience.

• Drive store sales and ensure KPIs and performance targets are achieved.

• Ensure the team has excellent product knowledge and delivers consistently high standards of service.

• Organise daily workflow, staff duties, rotas and delegated tasks.

• Maintain excellent visual merchandising and store presentation standards.

• Monitor team productivity and provide regular coaching and constructive feedback.

• Oversee promotional and seasonal displays.

• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.

• Manage store cash procedures and back-office processes.

• Ensure company policies, procedures, security and Health & Safety standards are followed.

• Support additional projects and business requirements as needed.

The Ideal Candidate

• Minimum 2 years' experience in retail management 

• Strong leadership, organisational and planning skills.

• A hands-on manager who is comfortable leading from the shop floor.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and motivational skills.

• Commercially focused with a passion for driving sales and delivering excellent customer service.

• Strong attention to detail and visual merchandising awareness.

• Good computer literacy.

• Excellent problem-solving, prioritisation and time-management skills.

• Positive, professional and able to lead by example.
